LinkUp was launched in 2008 with a goal to create the worlds best jobs based database.  That database would drive our core data and job search engine services. Over that time, we have grown to be seen consistently as a top 10 resource executing deals with some of the largest companies in the world like Army National Guard, Uber, Amazon, Disney, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Marriott, FedEx, and UPS.  We are a bright and highly motivated team with ambitious goals to grow and expand our impact on employment and hiring landscape worldwide and have fun while doing it. As part of our efforts, we will be greatly expanding our sales and client management team to reach the growing demand.

We’re especially excited to talk to people who have proven experience working with talent acquisition professionals at Fortune 1000 companies and Talent-based ad agencies. Experience in phone-based remote solution selling to key executives would also be an extra bonus.

Location

Corporate HQ is in downtown Minneapolis for all hires in the Twin Cities and or work remotely from a home-office.

Candidates should possess the following:

5+ years industry experience of demonstrated success selling to Fortune 1000 companies.

Experience selling a product/service B2B

Ability to manage the sales cycle – lead gen through closing.

High EQ - You're able to quickly understand and build relationships with people primarily remotely.

Independent, self-starter - we’re a small team and we all take on diverse responsibilities.

Ability to identify the right customer stakeholders and build connections to drive consensus for deals; work cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for deal success.

Intellectual curiosity and a strong appetite for staying on top of the latest technologies and trends that impact LinkUp’s business opportunities.

Experience selling web-based media services to talent focused ad agencies is a plus.

Experience working with VP’s, SVP’s, and CMO’s on both client and agency sides is preferred

Ability to travel when needed (20%+)

Responsibilities:

Gather requirements, deliver presentations, and adeptly demonstrate the LinkUp platform to prospects across a wide range of verticals and to audiences ranging from CEOs to corporate recruiters

Grow and maintain partner relationships with ad agencies and direct accounts

Execute a solution sales process that adds value to customers through insights in order to win business and establish yourself as a trusted advisor

Build a territory plan in line with planned quota

Work with account management to support and manage the relationship with prospects through the sales cycle and onboarding process after becoming clients

Aggressively prospect and generate new relationships within North America

Attend industry trade shows.

Maintain/manage a sales funnel of new opportunities to attain/exceed assigned sales quota. Meet and exceed quota!

Track sales activity in CRM keeping it updated.

Accurately forecast your pipeline

A hunter mentality - you’re motivated by closing deals and earning commissions.

Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitive offerings.
