Director, Client Success

LinkUp is a job search engine that exclusively indexes jobs directly from employer websites. We delivers paid search recruitment advertising solutions (pay-per-click) that allow employers to better target and optimize spend, improve candidate quality, and reduce costs.

Due to continued success and growth, LinkUp is looking for an energetic customer facing Director of Client Success to help scale the business. The Director of Client Success will partner with our direct sales team both pre and post sale to engage, retain and provide ongoing support to our candidate sourcing clients through both direct and agency relationships. 

The person in this role is accountable for and has direct accountability for process and people management of the Client Success team, which consists of Account Managers and Campaign Managers. The Director of Client Success is committed to understanding and serving our clients’ recruiting needs and leads by example: by having strong relationship skills, a commitment to service excellence, industry experience, and is comfortable speaking directly with key decision makers at companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 500.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship and revenue stream of both agency and direct clients
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and call reviews with team members
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to team members to develop them professionally, fostering internal mobility
  • Responsible for the management and communication of expectations and any internal changes affecting the team
  • Be a product and process expert internally and externally
  • Monitor workflow of the team to ensure various targets are met, while highlighting process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Promote a fun environment while hitting KPIs
  • Serve as a point of escalation for various client instances

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of experience in technical recruiting; staffing and/or corporate experience preferred
  • Experience working with creative and IT resources and a thorough understanding of related deliverables
  • 3+ years client-facing experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules; handling multiple accounts at once while meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive manner
  • Fun, flexible, ambitious and not afraid to roll up their sleeves
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business-related field, MBA a plus.
  • 1+ years management experience preferred
  • Exceptional written, verbal and phone skills
